Sewing the seeds with Three Grain Vodka launch

Award-winning client In the Welsh Wind delivered its first premium vodka after a collaboration with international seed company KWS.

Ahead of a glitzy launch in Cardiff to showcase the new spirit, our role was to raise the profile of the new vodka ahead of event as well as wider PR.

Our approach was to contact highly-respected drinks journalists and titles to offer them a bottle of the vodka prior to the launch.

We followed this up with a post launch release, to announce the new product and also the significance of the relationship with KWS. In addition, and another first, each bottle has an augument reality label – following the story of how the KSW seeds become Three Grain Vodka.

Various media sectors were targeted for the release including drinks titles and journalists, Welsh media, lifestyle writers and agricultural media.

In the Welsh Wind’s Three Grain Vodka (40%) is available in a 70cl bottle priced at £40  and will be available online from following the launch event on 18th November.
